Key Responsibilities:
Work with athletes to develop mental strategies for improving performance and coping with pressure.

Assist athletes in recovering from injuries by providing psychological support and rehabilitation strategies.
Collaborate with coaches and sports staff to integrate psychological techniques into training programs.
Conduct workshops and educational sessions on mental toughness, team dynamics, and leadership.
Assess and evaluate athletes using psychological tests and performance analysis.
Develop customized mental training programs tailored to individual or team needs.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in sports psychology.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate in Sports Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
Certification or licensure in sports psychology (e.g., Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) certification).
Experience working with athletes at amateur, collegiate, or professional levels.
Strong understanding of performance psychology, motivation, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with athletes, coaches, and medical staff.
