Position : Sports Exchange Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sports Exchange Manager to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports betting operations, risk management, and exchange platform oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze betting patterns to identify potential violations and suspicious activities

- Evaluate and validate bets to ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations

- Manage exchange odds calculations and maintain appropriate betting range parameters

- Oversee backend applications and monitoring systems to ensure platform integrity

- Implement and maintain risk management protocols for the betting exchange

- Analyze financial metrics and prepare regular performance reports

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize exchange operations

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in sports betting exchange operations and risk management

- Strong expertise in detecting betting violations, fake business activities, and invalid bets

- Advanced knowledge of exchange odds calculation formulas and betting mathematics

- Comprehensive understanding of betting exchange platforms and odds management

- Demonstrated experience with backend applications and monitoring tools

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial metrics and reporting

- Deep knowledge of various online sports exchanges and betting markets

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
