Job SummaryThe job holder is responsible to achieve the targeted revenue projections for Dubai. The job holder will manage the entire process flow from prospect research, making presentation, closing sales to post confirmation servicing in coordination with the L&E sponsorship and other departments.Key AccountabilitiesSales Strategy
Puts together business plans / sales strategies that includes rate cards / pricing, target brands / sponsors with forecasted revenue indicating how to close the target for the upcoming financial year
Identifies available / new opportunities and accordingly plot prospective suitable sponsors for each opportunity: short and long term
Sells existing and new packages according to attractions\' requirements and sponsors\' interests with benefits as per Emaar Entertainment guidelines in coordination with other departments like operations and marketing
Meets different potential sponsors per opportunity to ensure brand fit and maximum potential revenue
Works with clients directly and/or media agencies as suitable
Creates and implements tactical strategies to ensure sales during low season
Identifies operational requirements and costs that can be saved through signing barter agreements with suitable sponsors
Ensures association with the right brands in keeping the image of Emaar as a whole
Provides MIS reports, providing information of progress, targets etc.
Sales Process Management
Plans what can be offered to the client at the attractions in terms of branding space, creative activities, ideation, conceptualisation etc. by discussing with the operations team, marketing team and projects team as necessary
Develops tailor made presentations and sales pitch for the client depending on the available and new opportunities, creative activity, brand experience etc.
Follows up with client post presentation and conducts negotiation if required to close the deal
Coordinates with internal departments to finalise various elements of the contracts.
Client Relationship Management
Ensures client servicing team executes all deliverables post confirmation
Plans clients events / activations within the sponsorship term
Provides sponsors proof of execution of the contract
Education & Experience
Minimum Graduate Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience as sales manager into sponsorship, advertising and related media industries
Local industry experience is preferred
