Job Summary: Conference Sponsorship Sales Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Conference Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the conference or events industry, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sponsorship targets.
Identify and engage potential sponsors, presenting tailored sponsorship opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to create compelling sponsorship packages.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in the conference or events sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
