Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing sponsorship opportunities for our events. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential sponsors and develop a pipeline of leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing sponsors.
• Create customized sponsorship packages to meet client needs.
• Negotiate and close sponsorship deals.
• Work closely with the event management team to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential sponsors.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
