Sponsorship Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 18k plus 40% bonus
Objective: Secure sponsorship and exhibition revenue for aerospace, aviation, and space sector conferences.

Responsibilities:
- Research and understand target markets.
- Maximize revenue by identifying and pursuing sponsorships.
- Build and maintain the sales database for accurate reporting.
- Develop bespoke sponsorship packages based on client needs.
- Work closely with marketing to reach high-value sponsors.
- Manage sponsor and exhibitor relationships leading up to and during events.
- Ensure positive experiences for delegates, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
