Job Title: SPMU Artist and Beautician with Sales Expertise (British Nationals Based in Dubai)

: As an SPMU Artist and Beautician, you will provide top-quality semi-permanent makeup and beauty treatments to our clients. You will also contribute to sales by promoting our services, products, and courses to clients and prospective students. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn how to teach our KHDA-approved courses, passing on your knowledge and skills to the next generation of beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) procedures, including eyebrow microblading, eyeliner, and lip tinting.
• Provide a range of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, and other skincare services.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell beauty treatments, products, and training courses to clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, effectively handle objections, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain follow-up communication and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Learn to teach our KHDA-approved courses and assist in training new students.
• Provide support to managers in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SPMU Artist and Beautician.
• Certified in semi-permanent makeup techniques.
• Strong understanding of beauty treatments and skincare.
• Experience or willingness to engage in sales and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and teach our KHDA-approved courses.
