A leading Multi Specialty Medical Center caters to pediatric and adolescent population in Al Ain, is looking for Speech Language Therapist (Arabic Speaker).The RoleYou will be responsible for :

• Providing support for executing clinical trials.
• Coordinating with the business and as well as onsite staff, clinical research coordinators, principal investigators, and vendors to ensure clinical studies meet or exceed timelines and maintain high quality standards.
• Reviewing and monitoring overall clinical data quality and identifying and resolving potential study or site issues.
• Implementing study-specific clinical monitoring tools and documents.
• Ensuring that all trial protocols are followed accurately.
• Implementing the medical strategy in line with brand strategy by collaborating with commercial teams to identify medical priorities and formulate and implement a medical plan.
• Working closely with Medical Directors on medical affairs related matters.
• Providing medical advice for new product development and commercial activities.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing documents and submissions for clearance or approval from regulatory authorities.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You must have Valid DOH license/ (DOH license to be activated)
• You have working knowledge of speech therapy, speech language pathology and SLP
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
