Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Speech Therapist

to join our multidisciplinary team at

Abu Dhabi Consultants Medical Center

. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. The role requires working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide therapy for individuals with speech and communication challenges, including those with autism, developmental delays, neurological disorders, and post-stroke conditions. Use evidence-based techniques to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills. Educate and counsel patients and families on communication strategies and progress monitoring. Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology. Adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines in speech therapy practice.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Valid

HAAD/DHA/MOH

license (or eligibility to obtain one). Minimum of

2-3 years of experience

in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
