Job Description

Rubber World Industry, a leading manufacturer of HVAC products in UAE. We are hiring a Specification Manager who can lead the department and develop the team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Specification Development and Management

- Develop, review, and update product and material specifications.

- Ensure specifications align with regulatory standards and company quality benchmarks.

- Document and communicate changes in specifications to relevant teams.

2. Regulatory Compliance

- Stay updated on relevant regulatory standards and ensure compliance.

- Coordinate with regulatory bodies as needed for approvals and audits.

- Lead internal audits to ensure adherence to specifications.

3. Quality Assurance and Testing

- Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to validate that specifications meet quality and performance requirements.

- Collaborate with R&D teams to test and refine specifications.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as the main point of contact for specification-related issues.

- Support Product Development, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to address specification inquiries.

- Partner with suppliers to verify that raw materials and components meet specified standards.

5. Data Management and Documentation

- Maintain and manage specification databases and documentation.

- Implement software solutions for tracking specification changes and updates.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

6.Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities for improving specifications and quality standards.

- Implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy in specification management.
