Job Overview

As the HEAD OF SPECIFICATION / SPECIFICATION MANAGER , you will be the key link between our products and the design community, ensuring Rockany Industries' facade solutions are specified in high-profile projects. You will leverage your technical expertise and relationship-building skills to position our company as the go-to partner for facade design and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to secure product specifications.
• Develop detailed and accurate specifications for our facade solutions that align with client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry trends.
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target new project opportunities.
• Provide guidance on facade design and technical feasibility to clients and design professionals.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in facade systems to refine specification strategies.
• Ensure all specifications meet project deadlines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a specification role, preferably in facade systems or construction materials.
• Strong understanding of facade design, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant UAE building regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in specification tools and software, such as BIM or CAD.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A track record of successfully influencing specifications in large-scale projects.

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
