e are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specification Engineer with experience in the aluminum and glazing industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed specifications for projects involving aluminum and glazing systems, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring that all technical requirements are met according to industry standards and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed technical specifications for aluminum and glazing systems for various construction projects.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to define requirements and provide technical support for product selection.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design criteria, product specifications, and installation instructions.

Perform site evaluations and ensure products meet project specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to ensure materials meet the required specifications and quality.

Provide technical support during the installation phase, resolving any on-site issues related to aluminum and glazing products.

Review and analyze project plans and contracts to ensure alignment with project requirements and technical standards.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies in the aluminum and glazing sector.

Offer expertise on product compatibility, performance, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Support the sales team by providing technical information to assist in securing new business.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a specification engineering role, with a focus on aluminum and glazing systems.

In-depth knowledge of aluminum, glazing, and related materials used in construction projects.

Strong understanding of building codes, industry standards, and regulations related to aluminum and glazing.

Proven experience in creating technical specifications and providing technical support for construction projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software or other relevant design tools.

Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM).

Experience with large-scale construction projects.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
