As a Specification Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the requirements of architects, consultants, and developers and specifying our products to meet their needs.

• Proactively engage with architects, consultants, and developers to understand their project requirements and specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Present our products and solutions to architects, consultants, and developers to secure specifications for our products.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and their technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to architects, consultants, and developers to ensure our products meet their project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction and building materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the UAE construction market.
• Provide insights and feedback to the management team to inform strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with architects, consultants, and developers.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
