The Opportunity We are hiring a Specialty Therapy Partner in our sales team in the UAE. The successful candidate will effectively represent and promote Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) core products to existing and potential customers, by presenting how BI products benefits their patients, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and increasing market share, also to offer innovative, tailored solutions for key accounts ensuring long term presence of the Specialty portfolio whilst adhering to best practice principles and BI\'s standard operational procedures (SOPs).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Builds and executes an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in assigned accounts and to ensure achievement of sales and market share targets/objectives
Propose customized partnership programs for both prescriber and payers that needs to build the productive business relation between the account and BI.
Plans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver BI\xe2\x80\x99s assigned core product message
Listing of Specialty products in all accounts through the value proposition of Specialty products to the payers and P&T committee and the decision makers.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in UAE .
Dermatology or Specialty care experience is a plus.
Governmental experience is a Plus
Profound communication and Presentation skills.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic.
