You are expected to lead the engagement with relevant internal & external stakeholders, deliver tailored patient-focused detailing for HCPs, ensure availability of the product for patients, support product formulary enlisting and deliver expected business outcomes. Required to be located in United Arab Emirates, preferably Abu Dhabi.
Responsible for the assigned territory Abu Dhabi & Al Ain as well as possible other Gulf countries
Reports directly to the Gulf Team Leader
Likely to require frequent business travels within the country and across Gulf region.

Science related degree (medical, pharmacy etc.)
Minimum of 3 years pharma industry sales experience; ideally in various therapeutic areas and different specialties
Having consistent high performance, proven success record within his/her company
Excellent presentation, product detailing and sales skills
Comprehensive understanding of the specialty business dynamics, country specific requirements and related HCP groups such as Rheumatology,Nephrology and Infectious disease
Able to manage relationships with HCPs, key institutions and professional associations
Resilient, self-motivated, and persistent, able to meet deadlines and be effective under pressure.
Excited for challenging status-quo, using creativity and coming up with new & bold ideas
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred Experiences
Specialty experience, ideally experience on niche, life-changing products
Product launch experience
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
Core Responsibilities
Deliver the execution of commercial strategical priorities in the defined territory & offer the appropriate solutions by being a trusted advisor to HCPs.
Monitor product performance on monthly basis and recommend required actions through developing and effectively executing a robust territory business plan aligned to commercial strategy.
Support driving the implementation of the annual operational plan, including new campaigns development and roll out based on market needs while securing necessary medical & regulatory approvals.
Develop market intelligence & initiate the forecasting process in alignment with the commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect the actual market demand.
Drive end-to-end patient solutions & tracking to support the product supply process & coordinate with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage the products shelf-life.
Conduct frequent effective external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease & product awareness.
Establish long lasting relationship with scientific societies & KEEs to leverage advocacy & support patient care across the region.
Coordinate with market access team to develop & implement access plans of a defined territory to establish a clear access roadmap with the key accounts.
Accountability
Drive performance and results through continuous patient recruitment and end-to-end account management with full adherence to GSK way of working.
Develop, agree and implement area business plan, prioritizing key risks & opportunities per account and optimize resources to maximize results.
Carry out marketing specific tasks that will address market needs to drive portfolios performance.
Manage the supply of the product, ensuring close follow up with supply team and CTC team on timely delivery of quantities captured on demand tools until order fulfilment.
Ensure developing necessary intelligence and patient enrolment per account to be translated into robust demand forecast.
Develop and manage long term collaborative business partnerships with HCPs and key accounts.
Compliance Responsibilities
Full cooperation in terms of GSK and country standard way of operations.
Build and maintain compliance knowledge and implement governance processes to ensure that activities take place in adherence to GSKs prevailing codes, policies and procedures and legal requirements.
Ensure strong business partnerships, with stakeholders to manage issue that may arise, and determine approved courses of action.
Develop collaborative relationships based on trust, openness, honesty and transparency.
