:

• Develop appropriate solutions to challenges in slaughterhouses, related facilities, pet shops and ornamental birds

• Preparation of scientific awareness materials related to infectious diseases and best practice programs in the veterinary sector.

• Monitoring municipalities\' compliance with biosecurity requirements and regulations related to slaughterhouses and animal control

• Preparing and reviewing processes related to municipal services related to slaughterhouses and animal control.

• Periodic review of decisions and regulations and work to update them periodically.

• Propose new resolutions and regulations in accordance with local, regional and international developments with regard to animal diseases and epidemics.

• Prepare regular messages for broadcasting on social media channels in coordination with the municipalities and the department concerned.

• Study the effectiveness of biosecurity measures in municipal slaughterhouses, pet shops and propose corrective measures.

• Prepare periodic reports on the condition of slaughterhouses, pet shops and ornamental birds and propose the necessary improvements.

• Contribute to the scrutiny of veterinary slaughterhouses, pet shops and other related facilities.

• Review and analysis of studies and reports on slaughterhouses, veterinary studies and procedures

• Review and analysis of studies and reports related to livestock markets, veterinary and procedures

• Review and analysis of studies and reports on epidemic diseases and preventive programs.

• Perform any tasks assigned to them by the head of department
