About the opportunityThis role will involve managing analytics and reporting for Vendor Operations and Vendor Performance across the country. The Vendor Operations Specialist will take ownership of analytics, reporting, and improving service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps, and recommending key actions to improve performance.What\'s On Your Plate?Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs.Conduct detailed data analysis to identify and solve vendor operations and performance problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data.Providing all data needed for vendor performance improvement at the country level and acting as a consultant for the Operations Manager.Optimize key KPIs such as coverage, preparation time, vendor delay, reducing offline duration, etc, through clear insights and recommend action areas for overall improvement.Manage related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.Manage key projects for performance improvement.Run experiments, develop dashboards, and use data visualizations to communicate results to leadership.Support the Vendor Operations team in executing strategic projects.What Did We Order?Bachelor\'s Degree in computer engineering or equivalent3-5 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferredExtensive experience in SQL, Data Analytics tools like tableau, Looker, etcStrong communication skills, both written and verbalGood stakeholder management skills: experience in presenting to cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teamsAbility to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reportsAbility to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stressAn individual contributor who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make-it-happen attitudeA motivated team player and support Logistics function overall objectives by going the extra mile.Who we areAs the region\'s leading local tech organization, we\'re proud to say that we have been delivering for millions of people right across MENA for the past 18 years.
