Looking for a Specialist - Talent Planning & Acquisition to work for a client based in Dubai.
- Must have a Bachelor degree in BA or HR from a recognized university
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
- will be in charge of formulating manpower planning in addition to the strategic analysis of jobs for evaluations in line with consistent application of job evaluations methodology & tools
- Will participate in collecting relevant data to forecast manpower , which will also be used in forecasting the budget for the department
- preparing yearly manpower budget for Dubai Government Human resources
- update and follow up on the master grade list for all positions evaluated for Dubai Government
- study and pan for any re-structuring
- Design / Develop system for manpower planning to record position status / employment requisitions/ staff information to ensure all data is updated
- study skill set both for technical and behavioral for jobs based on Bench marking
- maintain all approved positions across agencies ./ departments / and utilize information for manpower approvals
- formulate job profiles and job evaluations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
