:We are seeking an experienced Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our large multi-site operational healthcare organization responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match to meet NMC\'s long-term goals and standard. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based in the United Arab Emirates and will work closely with our HR team, hiring managers, and external partners to identify, attract and onboard exceptional candidates.Responsibilities:Key Accountabilities
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet staffing needs across all functional areas and levels of the organization
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, external partners, and community organizations.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management
Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with local laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that meet business objectives and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Qualifications:Education and Certification :-
Bachelor\'s Degree - Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant fields, Master\'s degree would be advantage

Experience :-
5 years\' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site operational, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
