JOB PURPOSE:The incumbent contributes to the overall success of the Process Control & Quality Assurance function, ensuring all projects, process improvements, risk, audit, QA tasks are executed / delivered in support of the department\'s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures on time, on budget and within scope.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Generic Accountability

- Developing Business Relationships
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Certification in Project Management, Risk & audit is preferred
- High level proficiency in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accountability, consistency, time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision.
- Excellent prioritization skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests
- Eye for detail and risk averse oriented approach
- 5 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
- At least 2+ years\' experience in managing international Business required
