:Specialist Strategic Planning - UAE nationalPrepare and develop the strategic and operational plans of the Authority and plans for the implementation of priorities and initiatives through programs and projects covering the various benefits and the development and updating of key performance indicators.Administrative and organizational tasks and responsibilities
  • Prepare reports on the activities and tasks entrusted to him in accordance with the reporting system adopted in the Authority and submit them to the direct supervisor.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports to the direct supervisor about the actual achievement compared to the planned, in addition to the obstacles facing his work.
  • Organize and save the information, data and documents necessary to make decisions that fall within the field of the job in a way that is easy to refer to.
  • Identify the challenges and obstacles that are faced at work and inform the direct responsible for them.
  • Communicate with the Authority's employees and provide them with the required information within the framework of work, regulations and laws in force.
  • Adherence to the application of the conditions, policies and procedures of environment, health and safety in the field of work and the standards of institutional excellence and quality adopted locally and internationally adopted by the senior management of the Authority.
  • Reviewing the results of research, studies and data related to projects and programs that are in the process of being adopted in the strategic plan and operational plans in coordination with the Policy and Research Department in the Authority and the concerned advisory bodies and making recommendations and suggestions regarding their implementation.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of the internal and external environment of the Authority (SWOT) by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment of the Authority and identifying the threats and opportunities available to all axes that affect the work of the Authority: human resources, key partners, services provided, resources and information technology.
  • Reviewing the results of the strategic plan of the Authority and the extent to which it achieves the objectives set, in order to take them into account in updating the strategic plan in the future to avoid mistakes and not to fall back on them as a first step in the process of developing practically strategic planning.
  • Participate in the identification of general strategic frameworks, priorities andinitiatives based on studies and research and analyze the results of institutional performance for the past year
  • Ensure that long- and medium-term strategic plans, priorities, initiatives and programs emanating from them on benefits are aligned with the policies related to them.
  • Prepare and update the strategic plans of the sectors concerned with benefits based on comparative studies and internal and external analysis of the work environment and within the limits of the available resources of land, loans and ready in order to achieve the high orders and the vision and mission of the Authority.
  • Anticipate the challenges that may face departments and sections during the process of implementing their operational plans in order to remedy and avoid them if possible to avoid any obstacles that may prevent the Authority from achieving the desired objectives and to make recommendations for alternative development and implementation plans.
  • Provide support to the Department of Policies and Programs in the field of formulating, developing and amending the policies and procedures followed by the Authority based on assessments of the current situation and information obtained from all departments and sections
  • Coordinate and communicate with government agencies and strategic partners of the Authority concerned with the social sector, and entities that have a direct or indirect impact on the implementation of the strategic plan of the Authority and the achievement of its objectives and outputs
  • Plan the necessary resources for the implementation of initiatives and projects in coordination with the concerned departments and develop and propose the fiscal policy of new or updated programs.
