Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world\'s leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwide Role SummaryYou will be based in the Regional NFV (non-food vertical) team driving improvements in NCR (non-commissionable revenue). This role involves creating and implementing processes for NCR and AdTech feature roll-outs across the region, along with creating strategies to uplift revenue generation from in-app ads.What\'s On Your Plate?Work with local commercial teams (Account Managers) to understand issues being faced from NCR, help the teams understand all AdTech tools and build strategies to uplift revenue from in-app ads.Optimize revenue generation from NCR products through process improvements.Responsible for collating and resolving bugs that country teams are facing, while upholding SLAs defined.Working with key stakeholders: local teams, Talabat AdTech product/Tech team, DH AdTech/product team and Product Operations team.Supporting the local teams with selling in-app ads to partners with a generic sales pitch.This will also include taking suggestions from local teams to improve the product and add features.Collaborate with different teams across the organization, communicate with stakeholders, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements to optimize revenue generation from NCR productsResponsible for addressing a range of common problems and complex issues related to revenue generation from NCR productsDirectly impact the business by driving revenue growth from NCR products.Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing processes, the role will help to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.What Did We Order?Experience in revenue operations, revenue generation strategies, process improvement, and AdTech.Familiarity with data analytics and reporting, and have prior experience working with spreadsheets, analyzing data-sets and coming up with data-backed solutions.Should have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.The role requires very good interpersonal and communication skills because it deals with multiple stakeholders across the MENA region and Delivery Hero central team.
