We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Restorative Dentist to join our team of talented dental professionals. As a Specialist Restorative Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care and treatment to our patients, while also mentoring and training other dental staff members.Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat complex dental cases, including restorative, endodontic, and prosthodontic procedures- Plan and implement treatment plans for patients with multiple dental issues- Utilize advanced restorative techniques to achieve optimal oral health and function for patients- Maintain accurate and thorough dental records, including x-rays, treatment plans, and progress notes- Train and mentor dental staff on restorative procedures and techniques- Stay current on industry advancements and new technologies in restorative dentistry- Collaborate with other dental specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex cases- Perform complex restorative procedures, such as dental implant placement, root canal therapy, and full mouth rehabilitationQualifications:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited school- Active state dental license and specialty certification in Restorative Dentistry- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general dentistry practice, with a focus on restorative procedures- Extensive knowledge of restorative dentistry procedures, techniques, and materials- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and teaching abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
