Own and drive product marketing programs and initiatives.
Build and execute campaign proposition that drives the results.
Responsible for integrated marketing from product proposition to digital marketing to retention to revenue driven marketing
Drive PR, events and activation marketing activities for each product portfolio
Develop marketing brief for the agency and marketing calendar for internal team.
Partner and collaborate with merchants/employers to build offers and discounts.
Engage with partners on daily basis and coordinating all type of marketing activities.
Ensure all campaigns are planned, delivered and reported with key results.
Interact with internal team for necessary review and approvals.
Prepare and sharing monthly performance report with insights and recommendations
Key KPIs
Increase new customer base.
Increase transacting customers.
Increase transactions, value and revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, event management
5+ years of relevant experience for fintech, payments, wallets, tech products, and banking from B2C & B2B perspective
Experience in event, visual merchandising, brand management, Digital marketing, CRM, PR, and field activations
