Identify and optimize acquisitions, attrition, deepening and cross-sell campaigns along with tracking effectiveness of marketing/sales programmes and campaigns launched to build market share through positive customer experience and drive desired Net Promoter Score( NPS) behavior, working closely with other business segments for seamless integration of customer segments and to track competition for new product introduction and changes in pricing
Perform and streamline various business Management Information System (MIS) reports along with administrative support and assistance to the line manager and colleagues on a wide range of assigned tasks ensuring accurate reporting to support the business area
Assist in the preparation of the business areas budget and maintain the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon
Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
Manage self in line with the Banks people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance

SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience
At least 4 years of relevant Banking/financial services experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance or Economics
In depth technical knowledge of Retail Banking products and services
Numerical and financial analysis skills, thorough knowledge of global financial markets and trends
