- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of residency training in pediatrics
- Fellowship or additional training in pediatric critical care medicine
- Provide specialized medical care for critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the pediatric intensive care unit
- Manage life-threatening conditions including respiratory failure, shock, sepsis, and trauma
- Perform and oversee advanced procedures such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate family-centered care
