We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Regional Marketing team, to work closely with our local marketing teams, and our ad operations team regionally and centrally to help grow talabat, and execute across our channel mix and budget allocation.
You must showcase demonstrable experience of increasing new customer acquisitions and retention. All these efforts need to support the overall business and marketing objectives.

Being part of the regional performance marketing team, the role requires the candidate to be a primary point of contact for their assigned markets
Supporting and executing the performance marketing strategy on budgeting, planning and strategizing the channel mix & digital activities while ensuring coordination with local markets and our central growth team in Berlin.
Adopting and driving a business growth mindset, and delivering through the digital channels with a focus on user acquisition, vertical growth, retention, measurement and audience strategy;
Collaborate closely with the channel managers regionally and centrally, while coordinating actions with the local marketing teams to deliver business impact while maintaining a relevant and localized approach;
Collaborate closely with the regional brand and creative teams on creative briefs, best practices and campaign roll-out plans.
Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the digital channel mix;
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns & incremental impact on overall business goals;
Collaborate and support the Performance Marketing lead in the regional team to drive and execute the digital channel roadmaps, objective and key results and cross channel learnings across all 8 markets that talabat operates in.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to engage support for activities aimed to drive business growth and ensure operational process efficiency;
Work closely with country teams and central ASO & SEO teams on app store analysis and editorial features.
What did we order?
Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Performance Marketing (e-Commerce experience is a must where App marketing is the core);
Deep understanding of conversion funnel measurement and audience targeting;
Excellent knowledge of the overall digital advertising products in online and mobile app ecosystems;
You have a growth mindset - analytical, comfortable with numbers and eager to test & learn and take risks;
You\'re an expert in digital marketing and stay on top of the latest trends, technologies & developments;
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, computer science, statistics or equivalent;
Fluency in written and spoken English. (Arabic will be a plus.)
