Key Responsibilities:
• HR Operations:
+ Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
+ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
+ Process payroll changes, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
• Employee Engagement & Experience:
+ Support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
+ Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable insights.
+ Plan and execute events, celebrations, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Talent Development:
+ Assist with performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
+ Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
+ Partner with managers to provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
• HR Metrics & Reporting:
+ Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and engagement.
+ Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and inform decision-making.
• Collaboration:
+ Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.
Qualifications Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or service industry.
