We are currently seeking a Specialist Pediatric Dentist to join our dedicated team. : We are looking for a Specialist Pediatric Dentist with a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care. The ideal candidate will have an MSc in Pediatric Dentistry and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. This is a part-time position on a commission-sharing basis, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 The Pediatric Dentist should have an experience and qualification to care for a childs teeth, gums, and mouth throughout the various stages of childhood. \xc2\xb7 Dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teen years. \xc2\xb7 Documentation of patients medical records, medical report & diagnostic request. \xc2\xb7 Handling oral health promotion & oral health problems of patient. \xc2\xb7 Prevent, identify and manage trauma, oral disease and other disorder. \xc2\xb7 Educate patient and their parents on proper brushing and flossing technique and on dietary choices that improve dental health. \xc2\xb7 Obtain an appropriate informed consent before any investigation, treatment, operation or other procedure as defined in policy. \xc2\xb7 Explain advantage, contraindication and patient education on use of nitrous gas to patient parents or guardian. \xc2\xb7 Formulate a comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and /or referral plan for the management of patient. \xc2\xb7 Utilize universal infection control guidelines for all clinical procedures. \xc2\xb7 Prevent, diagnose and manage pain in dental patient. \xc2\xb7 Prevent, diagnose and manage periodontal disease. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategies for the clinical assessment and management of carries. \xc2\xb7 Manage restorative procedure that preserve tooth structure, replace missing or defective tooth structure, maintain function, esthetic and promote soft & hard tissue health. Qualifications: BDS and MSc in Pediatric Dentistry. Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric dentistry. Excellent clinical skills and a thorough understanding of pediatric dental procedures. A very friendly, patient, and compassionate personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with children and alleviate their dental anxieties.
