Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Deliver compelling storytelling with adidas partners across social platforms and in key media, both traditional and new platforms. In collaboration with sports marketing, Key City, and brand comm teams, ensure brand stories are amplified through adidas partners portfolio and network channels with consistency, scale and impact.Key Responsibilities:
Planning and strategy: Develop strategy, plans and briefs for amplifying brand campaigns through leveraging partners, which will be done in-line with the Global Partners Publishing Strategy, but locally relevant, and marketing teams priorities/concepts.
Execution: Lead the execution for local partners including but not limited to company contracted athletes and celebrities, digital influencers and communities, including branding, content, innovation, as well as operating models with cross functional teams through confidence, collaboration and creativity
Content creative guidance: Provide direction and assistance on capturing content that will be published on partners social channels, including best practice guidance around format types, e.g. vertical imagery/video/reels for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch, etc. This guidance will extend to publishing against global guidelines, including tagging and hashtags to ensure legal compliance.
Content production: work with category social manager to produce social content for partners channels, offline partners tour and event amplification (such as live streaming), company brand moments, initiatives and promotions
Collaboration: Support the creation of annual plans with key partners across Sports Marketing, Key City and Brand Communications.
Briefing and sign-off: Respond to briefs from global and local teams to shoot creative with partners and working with stakeholders on sign-off
Innovation: Drive innovation and identify platform trends/tools and consumer behavior and feed the insight back into digital publishing output and the wider team.
Editorial Plans: Create editorial plans for partners portfolio, both long-term plans as well as in response to briefs.
Process: Working against global and local brand milestone process to deliver on-time and in-full
Education and training: Provide training sessions for top partners on how to use social media, the type of content they should be publishing
Budget Management: Ownership and management of budget with agencies and partners, setting up vendors and upholding compliance practices.
KPIs: Collaborate with analytics team to define and drive digital KPIs and benchmarks. Monitor performance of partners against KPIs to feedback to stakeholders on success and outcome of partners placement in media or publishing of content on social channels

Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry.
Advanced presentation and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal / communication skills
Leadership and high level of strategic thinking
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Experience in digital marketing/communications.
Superior writing, research, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: product marketing, communications, social, digital and retail.
Understanding of editorial planning, particularly across PR and social landscape
Strong written and verbal, presentation and organizational skills
Project management experience - managing stakeholder groups, budgets and timelines
Fluent written and spoken English language skills
Proven track record in Influencer Marketing, Social Media or PR
Proven experience in content creation for social
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field
5+ years industry and / or relevant work experience with people management experience
Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English language skills
