You will work with a variety of patients, from children to adults, using traditional braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic techniques. Your main goal will be to provide our patients with the best possible orthodontic care and help them achieve their desired aesthetic and functional results.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive orthodontic examinations and assessments based on a patient\'s medical and dental history, clinical findings, and X-rays.- Develop personalized and effective treatment plans for our patients, taking into consideration their specific needs and goals.- Perform various orthodontic procedures, including placement and adjustment of braces, aligners, headgear, and other orthodontic devices.- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure desired results are achieved.- Provide guidance and instructions to patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for their orthodontic devices.- Educate and inform patients and their families about the importance of orthodontic treatment and its impact on oral health.- Collaborate with other dental professionals, including general dentists, oral surgeons, and periodontists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in orthodontic treatments and equipment.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards of practice.Qualifications and Skills:- Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.- Specialization in Orthodontics from an accredited post-graduate program.- Valid state dental license and relevant certifications.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Orthodontist.- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthodontic treatment techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and organized patient records.Working Conditions:Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art dental equipment and a friendly and supportive working environment.
