Job Purpose:
To support in the design, implementation, and optimization of organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and HR analytics. The role ensures alignment with the company's strategic objectives, enhances organizational effectiveness, and fosters a high-performance culture.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategy
Participate in the development and implementation of organizational development strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and business goals.
Support the integration of OD initiatives with other HR and business functions to drive organizational effectiveness.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
Contribute to the design, review, and optimization of policies and procedures workflows to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Budget
Participate in the implementation of the OD budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support organizational development initiatives.
Projects (optional, only for applicable jobs)
Participate in and support OD-related projects by ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Analyse and redesign organizational structures to enhance efficiency, adaptability, and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct job evaluations and role assessments to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment in role design.
Develop, standardize, and update job descriptions to accurately reflect roles, responsibilities, and required competencies.
Design and implement a competencies framework to support talent management, career development, and performance evaluation.
Align competencies with organizational goals and industry standards
Reporting
Prepare and present data-driven reports and dashboards to track workforce metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and organizational development initiatives.
Safety, Quality & Environment
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all assigned tasks.
Related Assignments
Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
Qualifications, Experience, &Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Advanced degree or certification in Organizational Development, HR, or a related specialization is a plus.
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Analytics, or a related HR function.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
