- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Residency training in neurosurgery.
- Board certification or equivalent qualification as a specialist in neurosurgery.
- Valid specialist license to practice neurosurgery issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
- Extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating neurological conditions affecting the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
- Proficiency in performing neurosurgical procedures, including but not limited to, craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and peripheral nerve surgeries.
- Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging studies such as CT scans, MRI scans, and X-rays.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Commitment to adhering to evidence-based practices and guidelines in neurosurgery.
- Adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements outlined by the MOH.
- Strong communication skills for patient consultation, education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
