This individual will be responsible for handling motor claims, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of claims and providing exceptional customer service alongside superior claim resolution.Responsibilities:
- Assess coverage, investigate, and adjust all motor claims within the guidelines of applicable insurance regulations
- Ensure the timely and accurate investigation and resolution of claims
- Support and promote a customer-centric approach to claims management in accordance with IIQAF guarantee
- Promptly review damage reports, estimate repairs, and authorize payment or nonpayment (if applicable)
- Effectively manage demanding customer relationships
- Proactively identify claim trends, situations requiring oversight, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular updates to customers by telephone and in writing
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of claimants and claims
- Manage an assigned portfolio of motor claims consistent with internal guidelines and best practices
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess service standards, accuracy and overall performance
- 5 years of experience in the insurance or related industries
- Proven track record of managing motor claims in a panel environment
- Working knowledge of motor and liability laws
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly motivated self-starter with a customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated ability to achieve set targets and effectively solve complex problems
- Ability to work across all levels and disciplines within an organization
- Possession of a valid driver's license
