Job SummaryTo support operations and delivery of the rewards programme and other key projects within the departmentThe Specialists role is to support smooth workflow within the department and establish and implement the required internal and external processes towards delivering and running a successful rewards programmeKey AccountabilitiesOperational Support
Ensure smooth set-up and operation of the administrative system within the department
Manage operations for Front of House and Merchant training and successful implementation of the rewards programme across schools, vendors and sponsors
Coordination and Liaison
Effectively liaise with the departmental heads for setting up meetings, follow up of meetings and for MIS/data related to business
Correspond on behalf of the Manager/Head of Department on issues related to routine business when deemed necessary and particularly when Manager/HoD is travelling or out of office. Escalate important issues to the HoD for his/her advice, and act accordingly
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth and efficient running of the REWARDS PROGRAMME
Programme Support
Support the Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager in acquisition of new Merchants and Vendors to the rewards programme
Ensure all programme-related documentation with Merchants is complete and up- to-date
Contribute towards the building of effective partnership strategies
Support Marketing efforts by liaising with PR, Communication and Digital agencies to ensure successful implementation of strategic and tactical campaigns
Support implementation of events relating to delivery of the programme
Project Planning Support and Implementation
Work with the HoD to identify key milestones, tasks, timelines
Track and record team progress with a project management tool
Analyse upcoming challenges within project operations
Organisation
Coordinate internal and external meetings for the team
Ensure utmost professionalism internally and externally, as befits the GEMS Education standards
Handle department documents with utmost confidentiality
Establish an organised documents management system for the department
Reporting
Ensure team deliverables and outcomes are tracked, reports generated and shared with key stakeholders
Required Skills
College Degree
Project Management experience is an added advantage
A minimum of three years experience in a Marketing / Loyalty is a must
