Our comprehensive services are underpinned by an industry leading asset base and delivered through our three key business units - Integrated Logistics, Shipping and Marine Services.About the JobOversee and manage the operations of supply fleet to ensure the seamless 24/7 supply operation for Drilling & Production operations. Key responsible for the effective utilization of supply vessels in line with the contractual performance commitments.Key AccountabilitiesAllocation of supply fleet for each production location, concession considering the existing & prospective E&P business plans to ensure the availability of right resources all the time.Oversee the operations of supply fleet for allocated field in order to ensure the optimum utilization of marine units.Plan & oversee the geographical allocation of marine units to fulfil the day-to-day operational requirements for production locations.Prepare the route plans in accordance with the production end user scheduleVoyage management of the vessels while ensuring the in-field requirements are met in accordance with route performance obligations.Plan vessels and supplies for production maintenance & shutdown campaign.Establish an effective interface with production end user stakeholder, for timely provision of food supplies (Food container shipments) and waste skips to support site HSE.Manage and monitor the bunker requirements of the marine units all the time.Evaluate marine units for technical suitability for supply operations and monitor the performance of the marine units in accordance with the ITT.Provide evaluation support to vessel units being chartered-in or acquired; to ensure compatibility to offshore site operations.Minimum RequirementsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional qualificationAt least 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and gas Logistics, inventory & warehouse management.In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas warehouse, tendering, inventory policies and processes in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production/drilling operations.Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP) preferred.Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) preferred.
