JOB PURPOSEThe Sr./Specialist Internal Communications Region MEAE:a) Enables shared understanding and relevance of the Borouge 2030 strategy, vision, mission, brand and values as well as the dedicated business goals across all internal stakeholders in the regional MEAE context.b) Executes Borouge's internal communication strategy in the relevant regional MEAE context on a daily basis.c) Builds employee engagement, trust and internal identification with the Borouge brand, values and reputation in the MEAE region.d) Reviews and updates corporate writing standards regularly against industrial benchmarks.e) Contributes on an ongoing basis to develop Borouge internal communication initiatives and strategy and addresses from a regional MEAE point of view.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESxefx82xa7 Builds strong network of relationships within the MEAE region (via business partners and direct) to create constant stream of information.xefx82xa7 Executes in the region the internal communications strategy, guidelines and policies.xefx82xa7 Develops continuous stream of messaging through all internal communication channels.xefx82xa7 Manages internal communication budget (incl. SAP), planning and resources in the region.xefx82xa7 Tracks progress and measures effectiveness of internal communication across the region and advises accordingly.xefx82xa7 Executes governance framework for internal communications in regional context.xefx82xa7 Builds, maintains and is actively involved with the internal communications network across the region.xefx82xa7 Identifies internal communication talents and brings them into global/regional communications network.xefx82xa7 Aligns with Sr./Programme Manager Internal Communications on internal communications strategy, priorities and content.xefx82xa7 Develops and introduces new internal communications tools to increase level of engagement with employees.xefx82xa7 Aligns with copywriting function and department members correct use of the English (UK English) language and contributes to a dedicated Borouge word bank.xefx82xa7 Foster relationship with professional communication suppliers, especially with internal communication suppliers in the MEAE region.xefx82xa7 Tracks and keeps regional MEAE content on intranet (Bornet) up to date.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSMinimum Qualificationxefx82xa7 Bachelor degree in the field of communications, English language, business management or social sciences or equivalent, based on previous job-experience.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skillsxefx82xa7 At least five years of experience in communications, marketing or other relevant areas.xefx82xa7 Superb writing skills in English and Arabic.xefx82xa7 Excellent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.xefx82xa7 Active on relevant social media channels.xefx82xa7 Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills,xefx82xa7 Solid understanding of project management principles.Professional Certificationsxefx82xa7 Bachelor degree or higherxefx82xa7 CPD qualification from international recognized communications body with focus on internal communications (PRCA, MEPRA, IABC, CIPR, IoIC, etc.)Feb 11, 2025
