Your missions:

Ø Coordinate HR related topics (crisis situations - e.g. economic, social, etc.) by request of respective leader Ø Act as an interface during escalations Ø Organize the relevant information for ASI, personnel planning (FTE, personnel costs), KPIs Ø Support strategic workforce planning Ø Submit assignment needs to HR Recruiting for further execution Ø Coordinate for the respective leader for the employee life cycle of their teams: Ø Coordinate and offer the reporting of the selection - and decision process for recruiting Ø Support the talent management and successor planning Ø Support and challenge the leader within the salary increase process, coordinate training selection Ø Submit exit support for further execution Ø Coach and provide guidance to the resprective leaders on leadership, skill management and challenge them and act as their sounding board Ø Anticipate future business needs and understand market trends/changes Ø Support deployment of HR processes and guidelines

your skills:

Master in Human resources management. With a minimum of 2 years in the same postion French language, fluently spoken and writing. English language, good notions. SAP OM / PA MS Office Target & result orientation Motivation & resilience Self-organization Conflict management Teamwork
