Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre in Rolla, Sharjah is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist Gynaecologist to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional who is eager to contribute to the development and success of our clinic. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all gynaecological procedures that a clinic can facilitate and have a strong focus on building patient relationships and improving the clinic\'s reputation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gynaecological care, including but not limited to, consultations, examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of the clinic\'s facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to enhance patient care and improve clinic operations.
- Contribute to the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s growth by attracting new patients and retaining existing ones.
- Focus on enhancing the financial performance of the gynaecology department.
- Participate in community outreach and education to promote the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Medical degree with specialisation in Gynaecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and growth.
- Committed to providing high-quality patient care and improving clinic services.
- Competitive salary up to AED 25,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
