Job Description

SEHA Medical Center in Ajman,We are looking for a motivated professional who is eager to contribute to the development and success of our polyclinic. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all gynaecological procedures that a clinic can facilitate and have a strong focus on building patient relationships and improving the clinic's reputation. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive gynaecological care, including but not limited to, consultations, examinations, treatments, and procedures.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of the clinic's facilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the clinic team to enhance patient care and improve clinic operations.
Contribute to the clinics growth by attracting new patients and retaining existing ones.
Focus on enhancing the financial performance of the gynaecology department.
Participate in community outreach and education to promote the clinics services.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Medical degree with specialisation in Gynaecology.
Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and growth.
Committed to providing high-quality patient care and improving clinic services.
