Position Summary



Job Objective

To be responsible for providing graphic design and multi-media services and producing quality designs and layouts for HCT brochures, web development graphics, interactive applications, multimedia objects and other support materials.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Role

Analyze and comprehend operational organizational goals and strategies and how they relate to own function

Generate ideas which contribute to the development of functional goals.

Identifies opportunities to enhance the implementation of operational goals.

Operational Role

Follow and adhere to the practices and approaches developed to protect and restore the organization's resources and business continuation in times of any major change/ crisis. Adjust and adapt best to the changing environment to be progressive and flexible.

Design page layouts as per HCT brand and finalise approved files for publication and printing.

Develop original graphics as required.

Develop and update content for HCT's digital channels including website, intranet, mobile application, and social media.

Develop graphics, animation, and video materials to be placed in web-based environments.

Design user interfaces for web applications and interactive software.

Produce video clips for institution's promotional and educational needs as required.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Leadership Role

Review work on a regular basis and provides constructive feedback.

Delegate tasks to subordinates and encourage them to take initiative within their scope of responsibilities.

Advise and guide others by sharing experiences and discussing how to deal with various matters.

Contribute in an effective and efficient manner to the development of UAE Nationals.
