MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To efficiently coordinate and lead multiple activities within flydubai\'s Commercial development strategy. The primary focus will be to establish and promote the Emirates Skywards program as a crucial driver of Flydubai\'s customer loyalty. This position will serve as a key liaison between the Emirates Skywards team and various internal stakeholders at flydubai on a daily basis. Additionally, the role will be responsible for facilitating the coordination of all relevant activities related to the implementation of frequent flyer partnerships with other airline loyalty programs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders and commercial teams at flydubai to develop an annual tactical campaign calendar for the Emirates Skywards program. This involves targeting flydubai passengers at both a network-wide and point-of-sale specific level, aligning with flydubai\'s commercial strategy and customer loyalty objectives.
• Identify relevant features of the Emirates Skywards program that align with flydubai\'s business model. Work closely with flydubai\'s IT team and the Emirates Skywards team to develop and implement these features across flydubai channels and touchpoints.
• Ensure effective internal communication of Emirates Skywards program benefits and enhancements to all relevant flydubai departments and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Act as a liaison between flydubai\'s internal departments/stakeholders and the Emirates Skywards team to coordinate day-to-day requirements and ensure smooth collaboration within the program.
• Coordinate and oversee the deployment of strategic and tactical campaigns specifically designed for flydubai passengers, working closely with the Emirates Skywards team.
• Provide timely campaign reports and conduct data analysis to measure the results of the planned campaigns targeted at flydubai passengers.
• Establish key tracking metrics and manage the process to monitor the performance of flydubai\'s partnership with the Emirates Skywards program against agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in project coordination and implementation of various commercial and technical activities as part of flydubai\'s loyalty partnerships strategy with other airline loyalty programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelors degree or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred No. of Years (with Bachelors Degree) \xe2\x80\x93 8
• Preferred No. of Years (without Bachelors Degree) \xe2\x80\x93 10

Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements

• Minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working preferably in an airline frequent flyer team or a non airline loyalty program set up

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
