MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo support the effective management and execution of facility operations and project initiatives, by collaborating with various departments to ensure that facilities are maintained efficiently and projects are delivered on time and within budget.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the daily operations and maintenance of facility systems and infrastructure, conducting regular inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
• Oversees repairs and improvements to building systems and components, ensuring timely completion.
• Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of facility-related projects from inception to completion by collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while also preparing necessary project documentation such as budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for all facilities operations, and assists in developing and implementing of safety programs and policies, by conducting safety audits and inspections of facilities.
• Manages relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery, and assists in the procurement process for facility-related services and supplies.
• Maintains accurate records of facilities activities, project statuses, and resource utilization, by preparing and presenting reports on facilities performance and project outcomes to management.
• Prepares and manages Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for facility-related services and evaluates vendor bids to ensure optimal quality and cost.
• Develops dashboards and presentation materials for management meetings to communicate progress on ongoing projects and facilities operations.
• Monitors workplace safety hazards and swiftly implements corrective actions to mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Ensures that all facilities are compliant with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and conducts safety training sessions for staff.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for facilities management, including metrics such as maintenance response times, budget variances, and project completion rates, to drive continuous improvement.
