Dual System Payroll Operations For a period of two months post- Fusion Go-Live, payroll processes will be conducted simultaneously in both the legacy HR system and the new Oracle Fusion system.
The resource will be responsible for executing payroll runs in both systems, performing side-by-side comparisons, and validating data to ensure 100% accuracy.
This role will involve identifying and resolving any discrepancies between the two systems to maintain payroll integrity.
Hyper Care Support The initial period following the Oracle Fusion Go-Live will require dedicated Hyper Care support to stabilize the system.
The resource will manage immediate troubleshooting of payroll-related issues, conduct data validation checks, and ensure alignment with HR policies.
Responsibilities will include providing on-the-spot solutions for system errors, data migration inconsistencies, and user training support as needed.
