Overview:
As an Employee Services Specialist, you would be managing the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes updating and maintaining employee records, handling monthly attendance and payroll, and documentation to meet audit compliances.• Employee Life Cycle management from Onboarding to - Off-boarding
• Prepare & issue letters as per the internal process.
• Update & maintain employee records with required documents.
• Prepare, update & share monthly MIS, reports & dashboards as per organization's requirement.
• Statutory & Labour Compliances adherence
• Handling monthly attendance and payroll
• Documentation to meet audit compliances
Responsibilities:
• Enable the smooth operations of the People function by providing key administrative support, a 'customer
centric' approach to employees and provision of key management information.
• Advise managers and colleagues on all key HR processes and policies.
• Support hiring - issue employment contracts and oversee key aspects of the on-boarding process including
background checks and provide 'welcome packs' to all new hires.
• Handle administration across the key facets of the colleague life cycle with attention to company policies
and to relevant legal obligations.
• Optimize the HR information system, run reports for HR and Leadership Team members that are
informative and enable key decision-making.
• Support the reward system - i.e. administer agreed recognition and bonus programmes - and address the
administration for the pay review process.
• Respond swiftly to employee questions, including pre-empting issues and ensuring G42 is on the front foot
with regards to proactive communication.
• Periodic feedback and provide key insights on employee sentiments and pulse - check 'what's on our
people's minds'.
• Provide key information to payroll partners to ensure timely payment of employees
