Develop and maintain data systems to collect and store macroeconomic and macro-energy data. On the macroeconomic side this will include both sector and country data. On the macro-energy side this will include supply, demand and price data for different commodities.
Develop a global macroeconomic outlook - covering key economies, both in the short-term and to 2050.
Provide analysis of where the economy is headed, at what speed, and why. Specifically, contribute to country analysis, highlighting key economic and industrial trends.
Provide in-depth analysis of the UAE economy, with a focus on sustainable economic development.
Provide sectoral analysis of the economy - both short and long-term, to help inform the long-term energy outlook.
Participate in the development of long-term scenarios to be used in strategy and corporate business planning.
Support the development of a long-term energy outlook for oil, gas, LNG and petrochemicals. This includes a supply, demand and price outlook to 2050.
Contribute to rapid response analysis on short-term oil and gas market developments.
Provide inputs into project evaluation, including assessments of country risk, and supply, demand and price forecasts for upstream and downstream products.
Collaborate with other research groups across ADNOC to ensure consistency and robustness of ADNOCs market analysis.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Data Science disciplines.
Masters degree is preferred.
Programming languages such as R, Python, and/or Excel VBA are desirable
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
9 years relevant experience.
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is desirable.
The successful candidate must be data literate, able to manipulate data easily and quickly using modern techniques. Experience in structuring and organizing large sets of data would be useful.
