Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing plans across all eCommerce channels, including SEM, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
Plans and controls the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending across various channels.
Monitors and reviews online payment transactions to understand customer behavior and identify key data points to increase conversion rates.
Identifies new paid media channels, finds opportunities, makes recommendations, communicates them effectively to management, and executes approved initiatives.
Maximizes conversions from various eCommerce channels by tracking and improving the customer journey, thereby positively impacting KPI for individual eCommerce channels.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance cost efficiencies and conversion rates.
Creates and manages a recurring plan for testing and experiments on various digital channels, capturing learnings and internalizing them.
Forecasts demand and potential for each eCommerce channel, scaling sustainably to grow the business, benchmarking metrics and creatives against competition, and incorporating actionable insights.
Utilizes internal tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Ad Platform reporting for planning and optimization.
Improves app campaign performance and increases app retention through analysis of marketing measures.
Defines and monitors all relevant campaign metrics and overall flydubai app performance figures.
Degree in a related field such as Communications, English, Marketing, or Information Sciences
Languages
Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREDYears with Qualifications

Professional Experience
Minimum of 6 years experience within digital marketing with excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and practice.
Comprehensive understanding of the business, including its products or services, target audience, and support for demand generation e-commerce initiatives.
Technical working knowledge of SEO Google Ads account management skills with experience in bid management.
Experience working with analytics programmes like Google Analytics and Appsflyer.
Experience in managing agencies and interpreting data Knowledge of display and retargeting display is an advantage.
Systems Knowledge (if applicable)
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential Knowledge and experience with Search Engine Optimization, Pay-per-click and Linking Strategies, and Google Analytics.
