Job Title: Specialist, Digital Upstream, HSE & Projects SolutionsExperience: 9+ yearsLocation: Abu DhabiQualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills9 years of relevant IT experience including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing technical and managerial responsibilities in IT with emphasis on Group Digital Upstream, HSE & Projects IT solutions, application development and project management.Coordinate with the business and IT management to ensure that the Group Group Digital Upstream, HSE & Projects solutions related IT strategy components are successfully translated into solutions and services.Conduct the analysis, scope development, technical evaluations, and prototyping, developing, implementing, and delivering Solutions DeliveryCapture the business requirements related to the Group Digital Upstream, HSE & Projects domain.Support the verticals business users and beyond in line with pre-set SLAs and delivery guidelines.Spearhead the development, implementation and support of high quality and cost-effective Group Digital Upstream, HSE & Projects solutions and services deemed critical to the business operationsAssess business requirements and take the lead in designing business processes for small to large systems and implementations. Submits findings and recommendations for review, evaluation and approval by IT and Business management. Participates in feasibility studies of IT Programs undertaken within the unit wherever required.Update the Group Digital Upstream, HSE & Projects solutions documentation throughout the company systems development & support lifecycles in accordance with the Company standards on the subject.Provide the required training and support to users during and after deployment of Group Digital Upstream, HSE & Projects IT SolutionsComply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practicesProvide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.Frequent contacts with Programs / Projects Managers and Architects on matters related to roadmaps developments and projects and programs delivery.Frequent contacts with external auditors, local / international vendors, consultants, and IT professional organizations to facilitate quality and cost-effective service delivery.Regular contacts with local and international IT service providers on matters related to IT services and strategic directionsProfessional Certifications
