The Sunbird Clinic, a premier healthcare facility located in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Dermatologist with aesthetic experience to join our dedicated medical team on a part time basis. As a Specialist Dermatologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing various dermatological conditions, while providing various cosmetic Dermatology procedures like botox, fillers, mesotherapy, PRP etc Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:Conduct thorough assessments and examinations to diagnose dermatological conditions and disorders.
Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests, such as skin biopsies, allergy tests, and patch testing. Treatment and Management:Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications, topical treatments, and other therapeutic interventions.
Perform dermatological procedures, such as mole removal, skin biopsies, laser therapy, and cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.).
Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing treatments and make necessary adjustments. Patient Education and Counseling:Educate patients about their skin conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Provide lifestyle recommendations, skincare routines, and sun protection guidance.
Address patient concerns and answer their questions with empathy and clarity. Collaboration and Multidisciplinary Care:Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Consult and refer patients to specialists in related fields as needed for a holistic approach to healthcare. Record Keeping and Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently. Continuing Education:Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology through attending conferences, workshops, and reading scientific literature.
Maintain necessary certifications and licenses, as well as fulfilling continuing medical education (CME) requirements. Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and safety protocols.
Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality care and patient safety. Qualifications:

• Medical Degree in Dermatology from a reputable medical school.
• Valid and active license to practice as a Dermatologist in Dubai.
• Board certification in Dermatology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant dermatological procedures and treatments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
