Our comprehensive services are underpinned by an industry leading asset base and delivered through our three key business units - Integrated Logistics, Shipping and Marine Services.About the JobContributes into development Emergency Response Plan/Crisis Management Plans for the company, in accordance with the HSEMS, ADNOC standard on crisis management and emergency response and other relevant Company requirementsDeputizes Senior Specialist, Crisis Management as focal points at corporate level for all Emergency Response.Delivers training & awareness sessions to response teams and non-responders, as appropriate. Maintains Training Records.Plans and delivers in consultation with sites, annual drills and exercise programs for all Sites and HQ and follow up exercise findings to ensure timely close-out actions are implemented.Conduct verification audit to ensure compliance with applicable Crisis management/emergency response standards and follow up audit findings to ensure timely close-out actions are implemented.Conduct inspection on ADNOC L&S Incident Command Centers & Crisis Management Centers if requested.Prepares & issues after-action reports for each exercise or incident where the response teams were involved.Delivers line management role, as and if delegated by the Manager, Crisis Manager.Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marine Studies, Crisis/Disaster Management, Fire & Safety Engineering, or equivalent with accredited certification in emergency response. Minimum Experience & Knowledge:
At least 10 years in relevant field of activities within Oil & Gas industry preferably in logistics & Services field including Marine Shipping, Offshore Marine Services and Port operations as Crisis/Emergency team member or equivalent.
